5. Winter is Upon Us.
The cross season has started if you hadn't noticed and you will need a BCCA card/licence for the 1999/00 season. Harry has the forms..

7. Impruve Event
The next Impruve event takes place on Wednesday, 29th December, at Brickyard Farm, Matlock, as part of the Cyclo cross event. Youths event is at 12.30 and the under-12 at 13.30. Phone Harry on 01629 822259 for more details.

11. Club Subscriptions
Club subscriptions for 2000 become due on the 1st January. There is no change in the subscriptions for 2000. Seniors - £10, Under-23 - £5, Junior - £1 + BCF, Youth - £1 + BCF. Family - £15.
Please hand or send completed enrolment forms together with payment to Tony Holmes or Harry Gould.
12.Notts & Derby Cross
Our Brickyard Farm cross takes place on Wednesday, 29th December, with the first race at 12.15.
Course setting takes place on the Tuesday previous, 28th December, starting at 10.00. Please help on both occasions if possible.

Next year‘s auction takes place on Thursday, February 10th 2000. Details of goods for sale to Harry as soon as possible, please.
15. Circuit Training.
Circuit training takes place on Tuesday evenings, 7th, 14th and 21st December at 19.30 to 20.30. using the Gym at the Starkholmes Annex of Highfields School, Starkhomes Road, Matlock. Cost £2 at work, £1 rest. New sufferers always welcome!

As last year, this trophy is awarded to the best cycling article published in Pedal Power 2000.
