Meets each Saturday morning in December at 9.00 starting from the station car park entrance. Monday evening rides start outside the Thorntree at 18.30. Further details of both outings from Jon or Tony Holmes on 01629 734753.

5. Club Cyclo-Cross.
The clubs annual cross takes place on Monday, 28th December, the first race, youth, starts at 12.30. This is followed by the uder-12 event at 13.30 and finally the senior, junior, vets and ladies race at 14.15.
Course preparation is on Sunday, 27th, December starting at 10.00. Please help set up the course and marshal or ride the event.

Mark Fairman needs informing of all of our exploits. Please call him on 01629 583564 with all your results as soon as possible after the event.
7. Impruve Event.
The next Impruve training event is incorporated in the club‘s cross event at Brickyard Farm on Monday, 28th December. Note the under-12 race is at 13.30. Ring 01629 822259 for more details.
8. Circuit Training.
Continues on Tuesdays December 1st and 8th at 19.30 using Starkholmes gym. Sessions restart on Tuesday, January 5th. New members always welcome. Cost Adults: £1, at school or in full time education: 50p.
9. Vacancies.
After this year‘s AGM we have vacancies for 4 committee members and a Social Secretary. The committee meets 6 times a year. The social season is from September to Marsh. Any volunteers?
10. Annual Dinner and Trophy Presentation.
This annual feast takes place on Friday, 22nd January at the Whitworth Hotel, Darley Dale, timed at 19.30 for 20.00. Tickets, £11 (16 and under, £8) from organiser Rob.
11. Trophies.
Will all who won trophies last year please return them before the New Year so that they can be engraved in time for the Dinner.
If you think that you have won a trophy during 1998 please put it in writing and let me know.
