1.All goods will be sold at whatever is bid upon the final hammer strike, unless they are marked ”Res•.
2.Goods marked ”Res• means the seller has set a minimum reserve price and the auctioneer will withdraw them if that is not reached. See list issued on the night for reserved items.
3.Tickets will be issued by the Auctioneer‘s Assistant to the person who has successfully bid for each item as they are sold.
If bidding from the Internet, then prior arrangement must be made with the Sales Clerk.
4.At the completion of the Auction, payment for each item against the ticket issued should be made by cash or cheque to the Clerk.
5.When all payments have been made the Clerk will deduct 10% for pre entered items and 15% for late entries that are not listed and thereafter recompense the sellers.
6.All such commissions, along with the items where more than that is donated, will be placed in the Young Riders Fund, which is used annually to support young riders.
It would be appreciated if items not sold in the Auction due to reserve price not being met but then subsequently disposed of, that the seller donates 10% to the Young Riders Fund.
7.Goods marked * means that more than the normal commission proceeds is given to the Young Riders Fund.
